Connect Trello to OpenClaw
Connect your OpenClaw agent to Trello and let it manage your boards β create cards, move tasks between lists, add comments, and keep your projects on track.
> Before you start
Make sure you have:
- ✓ A running OpenClaw agent. Your agent must be deployed and in a "Running" state on Clawly (or self-hosted).
- ✓ A Trello account. You'll need access to the boards you want your agent to manage.
- ✓ A Trello API key and token. Generate them at trello.com/power-ups/admin.
> Step-by-step guide
1. Get your Trello API credentials
Go to Trello Power-Ups admin, create a new Power-Up (or use an existing one), and note the API Key. Then generate a Token by clicking the link on the same page and authorizing access.
2. Configure in the OpenClaw GUI
Open the OpenClaw GUI from your Clawly dashboard. Go to Settings → Channels, enable Trello, and enter your API key and token.
3. Select your boards
Choose which boards your agent should have access to. You can limit it to specific boards or give access to all boards in your workspace.
4. Start using
Your agent can now manage Trello. Ask it to create cards, move tasks, or give you a summary of what's on your board through any connected channel.
Don't have an agent yet?
Clawly deploys and manages your OpenClaw agent for you. Pick a plan, connect your channels, and your agent is live in seconds.
